Moulin Rouge is the only reason I even slightly like the name Christian. But I wouldn't use it because of 1) the popularity and similarity to the previously overused Christopher, and 2) theological associations. Yes, I happen to be a Christian, but like others have said before, people don't go around naming their kids Pagan or Buddhist, so it still seems a bit 'odd' to me. :-/
