Proserpina
I really like Euphemia's meaning. It sounds pretty and could have some nice nicknames, too. Mia, Effie (I personally don't like it, but many do), Phemie, maybe? (Kind of close to Phoebe).
Proserpina is kind of cool and Prosie could be a nickname (similar to Posey, Posie, Posy, which is rising). I'm reading a book in which she is a character now (no spoilers, please, if you know the book). It kind of has Josephine meets Persephone vibes.
