Any chance it could be Anemone / Anemona / Amymone or Eunonina / Eunomia but creatively spelled/transcribed?

No, I don’t think so - there were two women named Anonyma plus a half-dozen or so men named Anonymus. It wouldn’t be the strangest medieval name I’ve seen!
