Planning a night with a friend to have a double feature watching the 60s and 90s versions of "The Village of the Damned" this weekend after I finish an essay. I haven't watched either yet, but I am familiar with the premise. A village has all the women of childbearing age fall mysteriously pregnant at the same time, and when they have babies, they are unhuman-like. Platinum blonde hair, and bright blue eyes. (as we all know, blondes with blue eyes are unhuman of course) Their morality is supposedly a bit varied between the book, first film, and the remake, but the pop culture understanding is they are all highly evil little blonde children. ANYWAYS! so premise out of the way.. they weren't explicitly named in the novel, and only 1 child, David, was named in the 60s version, but here is what their names were in the 90s remake.
