HelpRe: What is your favorite spelling of kay-lee?

I'd say Kaylee is the most classic spelling. As you said, both Kay and Lee have enough history of being used as girl names. Also, the spelling is intuitive.
Same with Kayleigh but -leigh names have only recently become very popular, so that makes Kayleigh look a bit less classic.
Kaley, Kailey and Kayley look forced, IMO.
Caley looks like a LN-FN so kind of classic too but my first association is a boy/man. Does not have enough feminine quality to me.
I have a soft spot for Caileigh. It looks Irish. I know it's not but the spelling looks neat, and I much prefer it to the other creative variants.
