Kaylee > Kayleigh > Kaley > Kailey > Kayley > Kaylie > Caley.
Kaylee is the standard spelling for me. I like how it looks: it's fresh and jovial. While Kayleigh is definitely one of the most modern spellings, it's also established because of the song, and therefore, common enough to be used. The directness of Kaley is what makes me like the spelling. I don't care much for Kailey and Kayley, but I tolerate them. Kaylie could often be confused with Kylie, and the C in Caley looks odd.
