Re: What vintage name would you like to see make a comeback?

As a 73 year old man I'd just like to say that calling these names "vintage" is rather jarring. Kevin peaked in the USA in 1963, but all the rest of these peaked in the 1980s. The typical Matthew, Daniel, Sarah, Amanda, Katherine, or female Lindsey in the USA isn't even 50 yet. :) Except for Lindsey these names do have very long histories in English-speaking culture, but I'm still not sure "vintage" is the right term for them in 2025.

Agreed, I would definitely consider Matthew, Daniel, Sarah and Katherine timeless as opposed to Vintage. They never really truly go away.
