Boris Johnson has a daughter named Cassia Peaches. She is an adult now, but maybe that was an influence? And there was Peaches Geldof.
The plural is too much for me, but tbh I like some fruit tree names (Apple, Cherry, Lemon), and I know an adult named Kiwi. I could probably get used to it. I like it better than Pumpkin which I think has been mentioned here as an IRL name sighting before.
edited to add: it looks like in the US, Peach is being used about as much as Apple or Cherry (so, about one or two dozen times a year). Peaches is even rarer; Lemon is about 3x as popular.
