new celeb baby
I'm pretty sure this wasn't posted but actor Greg Kinnear and wife welcomed second daughter Audrey Mae this week. She joins sister Lily Kathryn. I really like it, why can't all celebs name like this?
Here is the article:

Having lived with the name Audrey for *ahem* 33 years ("21-12"), I know that (at least where I've lived) it is not heard often, yet is highly recognizable. As a child, I always thought it was too *grown up* for me, and wished for names like my friends had: Jodi, Angie, Stephanie, Melanie, Melissa, Jennifer, etc., but now have grown into it nicely and am very content not to have any of the aforementioned names. I think it’s a *classic* kind of name, however I got the nn "Aud" growing up, until my friends dubbed me "Audge" in high school and then later "Rey". It was doubly important to choose a a name for my daughter that had various nn possibilities. (Cambria Janel: Camii, Camii-J, Camii-Jane, Cam, Cambi, Cameo, CJ, Bria, Bree, Ria, Fred, etc.)

Yeah, exactly. Nice and simple, nothing like Audio Science or Pilot Inspector!

Audrey Mae is relatively better than some names I've heard in BAs lately. Lily Kathryn is a total yawn.

Yawn.I mean, I like Audrey and I like Mae, but the combo has no pizazz--and neither does Lily Kathryn. They both feel very bland to me.Array (might like them more if she had anything invested in Greg Kinnear, lol)

Audrey Mae flows nicely and it goes well with Lily, but I've never been a fan of the name Audrey. It's an ok name but I prefer Audra. I really like Lily and Mae.
