Hard to say because I don't think I've encountered it and am unsure of the pronunciation. If it was Katarina or Katherine, I'd maybe default to Kat if I had to, though I prefer Catherine "Cat" so that feels vaguely incorrect. I like Kit, Katinka, Katya for other people but can't see myself using those.
Kathleen seems maybe too standalone or contrived but also feels intuitive given the EE sound...if it's a TH pronunciation.
Kiki maybe because I don't already associate it with specific other names/variants, and it seems fairly intuitive to me...like Kaykay but more peppy, less babyish.
Kathy or Rina could work, but I don't really like those.
