I like the idea of Katya or Raina.
Kit! Or Kitty.I also like Katie.
Ina, Erina, or (depending on the original pronunciation) Raina
I would pick Kate or Rina.
I like it without a nickname. If I had to choose one I would pick Katie.
Kate, Kat or Kitty. Love those three, especially Kate
Katie, but I like Katherine on its own.
Trin or Katie.
Kitty. It's the only more or less common nickname for Katherina I like.
I work with three women who go by Cath/Kath and it can get confusing. I would use Kitty. I have good associations with it from my youth. The girls I knew though as a teen were called Katrina and Catherine so they were known as Kitty Cat.
If I meet another Cathy or Kate, I might just fall down frothing. So, in the unlikely event of me having a Katherina, she'd be Kitty for sure.
I have to agree. It’s why, when I came across this name/spelling yesterday, I got curious what other’s would choose as nickname.I’d choose Rina
Katie or KikiKitty is cute but we plan on keeping cats and I don't want any confusion on the poor kitty's side lol
Rini
Daisy
Kay
Kitty
Kat, Kate, Katie, Katty, Katri, Katra (She-Ra reference)
Kitty!
Kit or Katya
KatLike Katarina "Kat" Stratford in 10 Things I Hate About You 😆
Kate, Katie, Katee, or Kathy.Or for some not so well-used, Trina or Rina.
Cato (https://www.behindthename.com/name/cato-2) is my favourite nickname for Catharina, but I'm not 100% sure I'd actually use that, because it would be more intuitive to write Kato (Kató), but I don't like it as much. So probably Katja (or possibly Katya).

I really like Käthe.Käthe might be a tall order in my town, but even if they say it "Kath" I'd be happy.
I really love Katherina! And Katharina, Katarina, Catharina…I can never choose a favorite!
Kitty / Kit has been a favorite nn of mine for ages, so that would be my choice. And Katinka is absolutely adorable!
Kat, Kathleen, KikiHard to say because I don't think I've encountered it and am unsure of the pronunciation. If it was Katarina or Katherine, I'd maybe default to Kat if I had to, though I prefer Catherine "Cat" so that feels vaguely incorrect. I like Kit, Katinka, Katya for other people but can't see myself using those.Kathleen seems maybe too standalone or contrived but also feels intuitive given the EE sound...if it's a TH pronunciation.Kiki maybe because I don't already associate it with specific other names/variants, and it seems fairly intuitive to me...like Kaykay but more peppy, less babyish.Kathy or Rina could work, but I don't really like those.
