Tough choice. In reality I'd probably go with Noor, because it coincides with a Dutch name, I kinda like it and I like the meaning.
Aïcha would be tempting because I love the song
Leila is very pretty too. I'd go with this spelling only if I had to name myself. The -ei- makes it feel slightly Dutch and I like the pronunciation better this way (LIE, rather LAY).
Soraya is what I'd probably choose for a child, because it's so pretty! It just wouldn't feel like a name that could ever be mine.
Fun fact, my SiL renamed herself after converting and chose Anisa. This is now a mn for one of my girls :)
