I don't remember childhood that clearly, but I think once older lady called me "Inga".
Maybe it was because she overheard nickname "Ina" (Inez) and added G to it.
Also "Agnes" at doctors, but that's from not looking at my documents. Today I don't have that kind of situations, only mistyping by changing Z to S.
