Huh, Catherine and Sarah seem pretty different other than being common names. With Chloe, I can at least see the connection because they're both common/popular yet Ch is uncommon enough someone might group them together subconsciously.
I've gotten: Virginia, Veronica, Cori, Lori, Vanessa, Valerie...longish V names vaguely popular in the US in 1989 plus names that rhyme with Tori...
Tony and Troy but those were more people misreading than misremembering or mishearing.
