My current cats are Wanda and Binx. My former cats were Armando, Santini " Tini", and Ares. I've had dogs named Dutch and Sargent. Some dogs I've known were named Bruno, Sparky, and Beau. I love the name Ivar for a pet, but then I'd also like Ivar for a human.

I also like Ivar on a human, just on a Scandinavian human. It would probably also be fine in an English speaking place and maybe German speaking place? It's not that it's unusable where I live, Ivar is easy to say, it's just that there's probably 10 people in the whole country called Ivar so it's very very not used here.
