Asher - Not a bad name, but not a particular favorite of mine.
Claire - I like how neat this name feels.
Luciana - A bit too frilly for me. I'd prefer Lucina or Lucia.
Eli - I like the simplicity and straightforwardness of this name,
Bryan - It's very much a middle-aged guy type name.
Chris - My favorite name of these is either Eli or this one. I like it as a nn for Christopher or Christian.
Most of these names feel old for little kids (I'd expect most of these names on a 30 year old).

Asher – A name I've always like, reminds me of the book My Name Is Asher Lev
Claire – It's a fine name. I've known only a couple of Claire's in my life. Some people might automatically think of Claire's the store, which isn't ideal.
Luciana – I think it's fine, a little ornate, but definitely unique.
Eli – I know an Eli and I think it's a nice name. I like it better than Elijah, personally.
Kai – Also knew a Kai, although an adult. I'm not surprised to see it on a young kid, it seems to be somewhat popular, especially names with "ai" and "ae"—Aiden, Kaeden, etc.
Bryan – Feels like a slightly weird name to see on a little kid. I mostly think of middle managers in their 30s or 40s.
Kennedy – I'm not really into presidential last names as first names.
Madison – Feels very 90s, very my generation. I knew a couple of Maddies.
Kinsley – Don't like it very much. I think of the Kinsey Scale.
Chris – I like Chris as a nickname, not so much as a full name. Though this is probably short for something.

Asher, Ashley, Ash ... not my style
Claire: lovely, though I'd use Clare
Luciana: very frilly; I'd use Lucy any day
Eli: too biblical
Kai: OK I suppose; not interesting
I'm surprised and pleased to see Bryan (or, indeed, Brian which I prefer)
Kennedy: presidential? For a son known as Ken, I'd go for Kenneth
Madison: awful
Kinsley just puts me to sleep
Chris: no doubt (?) a nn; Christopher is fine, but I don't like Christine

It was a boy, so likely Christopher or Christian.
I like Asher, Luciana, Kai, and Eli.
I met a Luciana not long ago too. She was probably about four.

Bryan, Kennedy, Madison, and Kinsley sound like millennials.
My favorites are Luciana and Kai, and maybe Asher. Claire is pretty good, Eli is fine, and Chris is fine.
ETA: If you didn't hear any of the others spelled out, what made you think it was Bryan and not Brian?

I put Brian at first, but then I realized Bryan is a little more popular now, probably because it’s spelled similarly to Ryan.
