My grandmother was Karin. I would probably choose Kaitlyn or Katrin for myself. I don't like many K names. Kiran and Keelin are alright as well.
Using my other grandmother's name, Rachael, I'd probably choose Rosabel. Rachel is already my middle name.
For a son and daughter, my parents' names both start with S and end with -n and -a respectively.
