Re: Opinions on these names
Adelynne - too ornate; Adeline is better
Asa - short, abrupt, fringe biblical ... nope
Benjamin - excellent
Blaine - like a merger between Blame and Plain; also, just another lnfn
Connor - yet another lnfn, and to con = to cheat
Dayton - Ditch Town, eh? Really?
Ethan - fringe biblical; fashionable -an ending; OKish
Evelyn - excellent; shortens pleasantly to Eve; strictly female
Finn - and his sister Gill? Too fishy
Grayson - lnfn once more; who wants a son who is grey?
Jamison - Jameson is preferable but neither is good
Jensen - Jens is preferable
Kamryn - whatever happened to poor, unfortunate Cameron?
Lincoln - lnfns, here we go again
Madelyn - her parents' name choice Made Lyn a cliche
Paige - either part of a book or a young knight-in-training; either way, what's the -i- doing there?
Patrick - excellent, classic
Sasha - gender neutral, which is fine; nickname, which isn't
Steven - the epitome of dumbing-down. Stephen is excellent
Winston - too canine
Zander - OK as a nn for Alexander, but awful as a full name
