Re: Emelyn
By the post title I thought it was a contemporary sighting, but I didn't expect this combo on a woman born 200 years ago! The monument is very beautiful, no wonder it has been copied.Regarding the name, Emelyn is not my cup of tea. It feels incomplete and trendy. I prefer Emmalyn, Emaline, Emmaline and Emmeline (favourite spelling). But I have to say the combo Emelyn Story has a nice flow.Last but not least, Brice is a great and underrated example of an old name with a modern vibe, just like Emilia, Cassie, Ivy, Morgan, Avery or Palmer.
