My first instinct is to classify
Ashlee as a kre8iv
Ashley, but actually I think
Ashlee is cute. I don't dislike it.
Aspen is pretty good, I wouldn't give my kid a first name that starts with "ass" but I do like tree names.
Sadie... idk, it's a bit of a dog name and a bit of a "too nicknamey for a full name" name but I don't know what I'd do with it. Using it as a nickname for
Sarah doesn't make sense either. It sounds friendly at least.
Megan,
Brooke,
Madison,
Alexis, and maybe
Ashlyn feel very millennial. I sometimes like
Megan.
Ashlyn sounds good but looks a little trendy/dated/dateable. I might prefer Ashlin.
I don't like Madalynn but I'd like
Madelyn. (Or better yet,
Madeline- only if pronounced like the word "line")
Paezlei and Teigyn are tragedeighs.
Tegan would be alright.
Jessica is also pretty millennial/gen x but I like it.
Tyra is fine.
Hallie and
Molly are cute.
I have no idea what to do with Meekela. It looks like a version of
Mikayla at first but it looks like it's pronounced... MEE-kell-uh? MEE-kuh-luh? That doesn't sound bad but I don't like the "ee". Mikela maybe?
Kenya is sort of a GP.
Katherine would be good but
Kathryn is too dated.
Kaydree looks so awkward and trendy but sounds fine if I just say it and don't look at it. The "dree" sound is like the end of
Audrey, Adri, etc. I don't know of a non-awkward way to spell it but I don't hate the sound.
Don't like Aunika but would like
Anika or
Annika.
I like
Kali if it's KAH-lee, but if it's like
Callie then it needs more letters.
Kalli is okay but it just seems like a trying-too-hard version of
Callie. But I understand if it's short for something (like Kallista)
