What do you think of Amos? Hmm. Your ideas are intriguing to me, and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

I think it's a pretty cool name
The meaning is not so good. I like the sound, but it still feels like an old man name to me.
I used to really like it, but the baggage is there. Amos and Andy, Amos' Favorite Cookies. It's the masculine equivalent to Jemima IMHO.

Sounds outdated. The name of someone's great grandfather.
Personally I think it's sounds ugly. Not a fan.
It sounds like an old-timey farmer and makes me think of cookies.
Amos is so handsome, I love it. Definitely my style of name.
I wish I could like this name; it's just my style. Old fashioned, dorky, rural, associated with cookies.... But unfortunately, I grew up hearing stories about an infamous uncle Amos (my great-grandma's uncle) who was a truly awful person. I came across an account of my great-grandma's sister's life she wrote before she died, and it included even MORE deplorable acts by Amos, which has solidified my dislike for the name.
A really nice biblical name, should be more common. I don't quite like the meaning, but the pronunciation is dashing and sweet.

I love Amos. It’s an underused gem.
