Names that stood out to me at work

I went to school with a Minh. He had a perfect GPA and was ranked #1… I was #2 and very jealous.
Minh is okay. Launa is not bad but Lana looks better. I don't like Angelica, but I would Angie or Angel as a NN, not Jelly. The "gel" is actually the part of the name that I don't like. Kenneth is a good name, I really like Wade, and I think that Edison is neat because it sounds serious and scholarly (reminding me of Thomas Edison, I guess) but also nerdy and approachable, in comparison to other surnames as first names.
I like Kenneth very much. Jelly is an amusing nn, but not one that I'd like for myself. I infinitely prefer Laura to Launa. Wade and Edison are just two more tedious lnfns, and I would have guessed that Minh is or can be also a surname, though I don't know and can't be bothered to look up the order of Vietnamese names. It makes me think of the Goon Show (BBC 1950s radio comedy), which means that I love it but would never use it in my wildest nightmares.
Jelly is a very cute nickname for Angelica!
