I've recently been adoring Celica. It is derived from Latin
caelicus, meaning "celestial, heavenly". It's not a too-different alternative to Celia or Cecilia, which I also like. Plus, it rolls off the tongue (it's stressed on either the first or second syllable) and looks beautiful on paper.
