For some reason I have a soft spot for older Jewish names. They have so much personality and history with them. I like a lot of these, but I would probably pronounce half of them wrong. I love hearing them spoken. It's so harsh sounding, but kind of poetic at the same time. Does that make sense? I think Esther is making a comeback. I was a counselor at camp this summer and there were two very young girls named Esther.
