I think they're all good but I like these ones best:
Helen, Maria, Alice, Charlotte, Maddalena, Eleni, Rosalie, Eleanor, Lydia, Laurel, Ivy, Isabel
William, Elliot, Owen, Nathan, Antonio, Theodore I would change Matthew to Matteo or Matthias and Andrew to Andreas. I might replace Daniel with David. And I think Giulia is better than Julia but also more difficult to live with somewhere people don't expect Italian. The ones I like the least are Thomas, Andrew, Josephine, Caroline, Clementine, and Matilda. But even then they could grow on me and I'd like them in certain combos, especially the "-ine" names.
Happy Birthday!
My thoughts:Girls -
9/10: Alice
Very nice! My fifth favorite girls' name at the moment. I prefer the Welsh form Alis, though
8/10: Lydia, Marie, Josephine, Caroline
Lydia and Josephine are very pretty! Not currently on my favorites list, but they'll probably get on there someday. Marie is my 14th favorite girls' name right now. I'm fond of Caroline. I think I prefer Coraline, but they're both very nice.
7/10: Julia, Anastasia, Maddalena, Fleur, Ivy
These are all either names that are very pretty but not quite my taste (first 3) or names I used to really like but have lost their appeal (last 2)
6/10: Maria, Charlotte, Clementine, Sophia, Rosalie, Laurel
These are names that aren't my taste, or I've had unfortunate associations with. Sofia would be a 7/10. Rose, my 4th favorite girls' name at the moment, would be a 9/10.
5/10: Helen, Eleni, Emma, Matilda, Isabela
I can see the appeal of these names, but they either just don't feel quite right (first two) or I don't like (last three).
4/10: Melanie, Giulia, Madeline
Names I'm not a fan of.
2/10: Eleanor.

Many happy returns! And thank you for a long and interesting list. Most of these names are timeless classics, which is interesting. I'll remove the ones I wouldn't put in a list of mine, OK?
William - I'd use
Daniel - family name; I'd use
James - I'd use
Charles - I'd use as a mn
Owen - pleasant, but my friend has a cousin Owen whom I've never met. She always calls him Owie!
Joseph - mn only
Jack - John, nn Jack, is a family name that I'd use; not Jack alone
Brian - I'd use
Thomas - family name (both my grandfathers!); I'd use
George - prefer Georgina for a girl; perhaps George as a mn

Helen - I'd use
Maria - family name
Alice - I'd use
Clementine - prefer Clementene, less like the song and the fruit!
Sophia - only if it has the -eye- sound
Rosalie - it's OK; I like some other Ros- names better
Eleanor - family name
Lydia - timeless classic
Matilda - best dog I ever had!
Caroline - used it for my daughter
Madeline - nice as a mn
Isabel - pretty; prefer Isobel

You have very mature taste for a 13 year old! If I can look back, through the dense mists of time, to myself at that age, I think I would have only agreed with you on Elliot, Lydia, Charlotte and Anastasia. It's amazing to me that Brian has become appealing to young people again. I remember back when Brian being one of Dumbledore's middle names was meant to be a hilarious joke because it was considered so boring and ordinary. I love a lot of these names. Helen is one of my faves too, and Ivy!Your style feels very "Gilded Age/Belle Epoque" to me (with a few exceptions). It's a lovely list.
