I don't like Colby, it's one of those bland, WASP-y ambisexual surname names that has no real personality beyond bland and WASP-y.
Kobe is okay, but very associated with Kobe Bryant and with Kobe beef. I also have known of a couple of dogs named Kobe.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
