Unpopular opinion, but I like it. There's a lake called Ainslie in the rural areas of where I live, and some people with family there are named after it, including the little red-haired granddaughter of a woman I know, so that's what I think of. I think it's sweet, and sounds a bit more feminine than masculine but could work for both.
