Tiffany would be more reasonable
I don't like the sound or appearance. It does make sense for a fictional character, though.
Could be tricky in South Africa: a slightly dated slang word, used locally with the same meaning as 'cool' or 'sharp' or 'right-on'etc etc was Kiff. Haven't heard it for years, but it might still happen somewhere.

It sounds made-up but campy to me. It could be the name of a character in a 80s horror movie or something..
Not a fan. I prefer Tiffany.
