I love Winifred & Jasper and I think they would make good sibling names.
Rio, Vesper & Fleur would be better as quirky middle names.
The only one I'm not crazy about is October. There are better months for inspiration (January, April, May, June, August).

I do prefer Rio as a middle name when it comes to naming an actual person. I'd feel bad saddling my theoretical child with that as a first name.
