Fiona used to be in my top 4. I wasn’t keeping a name list at the time, but I still remember the four names I liked. It steadily went down the list, but it remained on the list. I even considered it as the middle name for my #1 name, Scarlett. I eventually replaced Fiona with Leah. It remained on the list for a little while, until I realized people my age just think of Shrek. I still really like it.
