Madison
What do you think of Madison? I know it’s really common for my age group, but I’ve only met one Madyson and no Madisons.

I don't like the Mad prefix.
I honestly like it. I probably wouldn’t use it however.
This one reeks of future-dated-trend name. I encountered a number of them in my time. I don't inherently dislike the name, actually - same with Addison - but it's hard not to cringe about the context.
Madison exploded in popularity due to the 1984 film "Splash". The main character, played by Darryl Hannah, was a mermaid who was named after Madison Avenue in NYC. This name is a prime example of "trendy in a hurry" and it's best to stay away from them. They rise and fall Two other names in the same category are Kayla (Days Of Our Lives soap opera character in the 80's) and Jenna (Priscilla Presley's character on Dallas in the 80's).
It's all right. Very bland and "safe" and it was edgy and out-there thirty years ago.
It's also very common for my age-range, but not nearly as Emily, Hailey (spelling etc.), or Hannah, in my experience. Anyway, I don't hate the name, but I dislike the "son" ending for a girl name. I would much prefer Madelyn or just Maddie on its own, personally.
I’m not a huge fan. I know one teenage Maddison and she was named after the character from the film Splash.
Why the misspelling?
That is how the girls mother spelled it.
I know. I meant why if there was a reason why. The mermaid was named after a street.
I've never encountered one locally, and I hope my luck will hold. I don't like lnfns in general, when they end in -son, more so, and when as well as ending in -son one also starts off Mad, then just include me out.
They're in their 20s now snd out in the wild.
It's boring. I want yo meet a man Madison. Most are Maddies
It's ok, i know a number in there 20s
How relevant! I heard the name Madison in a Walmart today. I'm not really a fan, though.
