Sadie for Sarah
Romy for Rosamund or Rosemary
Annushka - Anna
Bram - Abraham
Elise - Elizabeth
Elle - Eleanor
Kai - Nicolai
Odette - Oda or Odilia. I'd definitely prefer Sadie, Bram, Elise, Kai and Odette to their full forms.
I've never seen Kai as a diminutive for Nikolai / Nicolai. I like it a lot!

Elsie (Elisabeth), Ari (Arabella), Vivi (Genevieve), Liana (Julianna), Mack (Malachi), Callie (Camilla), Kris (Kristina), Emmy (Emilia), Nora (Lenore), Romy (Rosemary), Evie (Maeve), Ellie (Noelle), Goldie (Marigold), Kit (Katherina), Anya (Anastasia), Laz (Lazarus), Vangie (Evangeline), Nelly (Cornelia), Madi (Magdalena), Annie (Rhiannon), Ettie (Henrietta), Mercy (Mercedes), Lilah (Delilah), Sephie (Seraphina), Kassie (Kassandra), Vinnie (Lavender), Rianne (Marianne), Nettie (Lynette), Percy (Percival), Tess (Therese), Mimi (Hermione), Connie (Corinna).
Bessie (derived from Elizabeth). I know in North America these days it's largely considered a cow's name, but I think it's utterly charming, yet remains humble, in the same vein as Sadie. I wish more people were named Bessie or more Elizabeths went by this instead of the ever-present Liz, Lizzie, Beth, etc.
Bess is another great nickname for Elizabeth. Short and sweet and not so cow-related. My grandmother was Esther and she hated it because it was a cow name to her.
