Dislike it as a first name, but Love Louis Prima, and that is who it will always conjure for me.

I prefer Tertia. I do love numeric names.

I quite like it, especially for a first daughter. There is a figure in Roman legend called Prima and the name is in my Italian name book.

You may also like the similar Italian names Primetta and Primina.

Don't like it as a name

Primadonna, Primavera, primary, prime, premie, etc...

Prima sounds classy & Elegant despite being short, it has a strong feeling to it

I like the name combo Prima Palestina even though it's the name of a region in a Roman colony.

Prima makes me think of either primadonna or premie babies. I don't like it as a name.

apart from the fact that it means "cousin", it's nice I guess. Priya would probably be safer in a place where many people speak Spanish.
