Gianna's not a "modern English" name, is it? A "modern English" name to me would be like Nevaeh.Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!

I personally don’t consider names used before 1970 as modern.
As an English name, I suppose the usage is modern. It is classic as an Italian name. I'm mostly just going by how they're labled
