Thoughts on the name Casey for a girl?
Thoughts on the name Casey for a girl?

Casey is usually always feminine, where I am. Anyways, it's not a bad name, but I'd definitely prefer Cassie.
I really hate the name in general for some reason
I know three women named Casey in their 30s. I don't enjoy cutesy names for women or cowboy names for men.
Where I live, it doesn't happen. I wouldn't enjoy it on either girl or boy.
Not a fan.
I love it. Actually, I've considered my English name as Casey before (Although I decided on Jennifer).

Don't really like for a girl, prefer Cassie
I like it. I've never met one, so it feels like a fun cryptid that only exists in folk tales. I prefer Casey for a boy usually but I don't hate it for a girl.
I kinda hate it, but then if it's spelled Kacey I feel like it's not so bad.
I guess because I associate the spelling Casey with an image of a guy. Casey Kasem, Casey at the bat ... it has a sort of retro manchild vibe.
The sound of Casey though, usually makes me think of a gal "Kacey." It fits with other 80s names like Lindsay and Courtney and Mallory. I actually like Kacey better than those. Or any spelling other than Casey.
It's cute. But it's also kind of a cliche-tomboy/cliche-ambiguous kind of name.
Awful and dated. I dislike it on a boy as well.
I prefer that spelling on a boy, and the spelling Kacie on a girl.
