Well I have a Jasper and always planned to name my dd Ruby, but when I met my husband, he already had a niece with that name! So obviously my pick is for Jasper and Ruby.

Out of what you listed, Jasper & Pearl sounds the nicest. Ruby suits it more, but there's no excitement to it.

Personally, I wouldn't choose another gemstone with Jasper. However,I may pick another nature name like a flower,tree, place, word names etc...
