I actually don't mind this name in theory. I thought I came up with this idea for a name all by myself a little while ago - imagine my surprise when I saw how popular it actually is! I thought of it as a cheesy homage to author Jackie Collins, who I enjoy reading (and who used unique character names herself).
I wonder how awkward it would be to use in reality, though. It's not that it's a bad name, but it's just one letter off from a really common name in my generation, which feels a bit odd. Like calling someone "Ryans" rather than Ryan. Or Michaels rather than Michael. It would probably trip me up for a while before I got used to it.
