I'm the age so that Reagan means Ron & Nancy to me, and can't really fail to refer directly to that. It's more like that to me, than Nixon or Carter or even Clinton.
Spell it Regan, it's less so; pronounce it "ree-gan" as well, and I think it's alright. Or Rigan, or Rian (ree'an).
I still like Dana a bit more though.
