Another TV programme where I thought some of the contestants names were interesting! The show is British. Here are the pairs:

Betty (25) and James (21) - sister and brother
Eugenie (60) and Isabel (25) - mother and daughter
Brydie (25) and Sharon (52) - daughter and mother

A 25-year-old Betty is surprising.
It could be short for Elizabeth.
Probably is. But, not the usual nn currently: Liz, Liza, Eliza, Elise ....
Most of these names seem pretty normal except Alfie and Brydie. Alfie is cute, but I don't like Brydie.
I’m surprised that Alfie doesn’t seem normal! It’s very common in the UK, so it’s interesting to see the difference in popularity between the UK and USA.
I love Eugenie.
