While I like option 2 best, I feel like option 1 will suit Pearl as a big sister more. Like, Henry suits the sibset better than George will, in my opinion.
So, Henry Franklin George would be my pick.
A thought:
The parents of actor siblings John and Joan Cusack?
I guess they didn't know they named their kids the very same name.
Then again, how did they not even know, or was told, this fact?
