I use dated as a pretty neutral term. Some names are just strongly connected to a certain decade / time period. That doesn't make it a bad name, or unusable in any way. Outdated feels different to me, as in - it's best left in the past. I'm thinking of names like Dick and Gaylord.**Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much**
