Expected names, but pretty.

I don't really like the name Emily, but Emily Jade is a good pairing.

I know Jade is rising in popularity, but for me Emily Jade sounds like it stepped out of 1997. I guess the 90s are back, after all. It's an interesting pairing, they really do have very different energy.

I think Emily is a fun name; I don't care about it being very common. Also, Jade flows wonderfully with Emily, though I'd have also preferred Jane.

Well, it's a real name, I'll give it that. Emily is okay, though I don't love it in the first place and the constant Emilys just made it bland and easily overlooked. I think Jade is a good name, though a little basic.
To put in bluntly and truthfully, the name is fine, nothing less and nothing more.

Safe, your kid isn't gonna get bullied for that.

Haha, yes! It's so typical and boring.

In context, Jade is slightly less "filler" than Jane. This is coming from someone who likes Jade (and Jada) as a first name - it gets overlooked in the middle. And Emily I find to be a rather boring name in its ubiquity. That said... we're nerds here. There is, in truth, absolutely nothing objectionable about Emily Jade being someone's name. Congratulations to your teacher on the little one!

Awful! Jade is tawdry, and Emily is boring.

I love it when you add to my vocabulary LOL

I think both of them (Emily and Jade) are really pretty.

It's okay. I like Jade, but Emily is boring and somewhat dated.
Emily Jane like Anneza said or Amelia Jade would match better IMO

Jade comes from a different naming environment than Emily. I'd have preferred Emily Jane.

I think it's cute. I like that Emily wasn't paired with something boring like Anne or Marie. Jade as a middle adds a little bit of fun to it. Emily is classical of course.
