Edward's definitely my favorite Ed- name, with Edwin or Edmund being the least (though I still like all three). I've been stuck between finding Edgar cool or drab. Eddie is fine for kids but not for adults.I know a man with the most English of surnames imaginable: let's say, Harris. English father, Greek mother, fn Constantine, nn Con.Saffron is a beautiful colour, but I'd expect to find it in a recipe, not on a person.I find St Clare the very opposite of fragile! Claire bugs me in the same was as Isabelle: French spelling for no good reason.
