I'm reading a sci-fi/dystopian book, and I find some of the names really interesting (in a good way). What do you guys think?Girls:

An interesting array of names! I particularly like Calliope, Levon and Rainey. I think Alouette is pretty too, but it reminds me too much of that song!

I’m not familiar with the song!
I guess not everyone will have heard of it, but it's a French children's song about ripping the feathers out of a lark, "Alouette, Gentille Alouette". Definitely a memorable song from my childhood!
That sounds so violent for a children's song, ahhh.
I like Alouette, Calliope, Zimri, Aimery, Levon, and Rajesh.
There are many interesting names from various cultural backgrounds.
Zimri is a guy's name, I know because its been on my secondary list forever. Arabella and Calliope are okay, Rainy is tolerable. Dorian, Orpheus, and Rajesh are okay, not chuffed about the rest.
This is giving me an idea for a dystopian story specifically aimed at name nerds like us. The true horror comes from every character's name being used the wrong way.
It's used as a girl's name in my book. *shrugs*
