I just think they're so beautiful :) Julia particularly with that plunging OO sound, evoking jewels. And Stella just slightly interesting with the ST, but not over the top with an extra E, with the accessibly literal translation of Star. Love them, would use either happily on a kiddo

Alana - used to love it, it has an Hawaiian flair to me. Very surfer girl and cool, but also feels slightly dated and I prefer Lana.
Abigail - cool, but might be just another Abby which feels 90s.
Clara - nice, ballet associations, also a bit bland.
Ella - pretty, fairy-like, but also popular.
Elena - nice, but the different pronunciation put me off.
Estella - nice in theory, but quite long and a bit harsh.
Julia - pretty but also a bit boring.
Marina - not bad, but marinas aren't my favorite thing.
Olivia - fine but really popular.
