I do not like them. I want to say "Why not Quinn?"
I know a Quinn whose mom called her Quinnie affectionately. No one else did. I doubt she would ever introduce herself as Quinnie. I think it sounds kind of frivolous and artifically familiar or childish. Like Krissy for Kristen. Also the sound of Quinnie is too much like whinny and I find it unappealing.

I dislike either spelling, and the sound of it for either gender. Quin and Quinnie are slightly better, though.
Quinlan is good for a boy. Quinlyn is awkward. If I had to make a girl version, maybe Quinlen
It's ok
Quinlan is OK. Not my choice, but fine for others. Quinlyn presumably sounds the same, but the -y- is there to make it delicately soft and feminine. For those who like that kind of thing, that is the kind of thing they like.
I do prefer Quintessa and Quinn, but Quinlyn is lovely as well!
I know a Quintessa whose daughter is named Quinlyn. I like Quintessa better.
It seems like both are pronounced the same way. Not a fan of either. Just seem like irritating, dull names.
