Andrea and Andrew
Wdyt of Andrea and Andrew? To be these names are so bleh and so 70s/early 80s. They feel like a waste of a name, in that we have only so many times to name something. As an early millennial I have know a few Andreas. I think the cool nn eventually became Drew for Andew.

Both names are alright. I prefer Andrina and Andrine to Andrea and Andre to Andrew though.
Andrina is very pretty!
I like both names a lot, and their nicknames. I like Andreas and Andre more, though.
I have a direct cousin named Andrea, (An-DRAY-uh) so the name readily reminds me of her, although I have known a few others, all with different pronunciations.
I feel indifferent to the name despite my relative, but my preferred pronunciation has to be "An-dree-uh"
I like Andrew more despite how common it is.
Not a particular fan of Andrea, never met a female one, but Andrew is top 3, handsome, classic, appealing. Andrew is trustworthy, the guy to call when your car craps out, and he'll actually have jumper cables.
This is hilarious to me, because the sleazy conman who sold me my first car (which broke down two days after I got it) was named Andrew! LOL
Andrea looks ugly and doesn't sound much better.
Andrew is a strong, classic sounding name to me.
I've always loved Andrea. It hsa a very cool, '70s vibe to it. I also love Chandra for the same reassons.
So incredibly boring, UNLESS Andrea is a man. Then it's sexy.
Agree!!
I don't much like Andrea (f), but I prefer it to Andrew. Mind you, I prefer most things to soporific Andrew.
Hi! Here in Italy Andrea (boy) Is still an overused classic. In 2022 it was still #10 with 3,604 new masculine Andrea born that year. Andrea as a feminine name was #154 in 2022.
Both good names
I love Andrew and am neutral about Andrea.
I think Andrew is a great name, but something about Andrea doesn't hit for me. I prefer Andie.
