I’m going against the grain and say Sophia Riley. I think Charlotte is very stagnant/dull as middle name. Wren is really nice as middle name, Sophia Wren is beautiful. But I love the sound of Riley and although it’s very different in style from Sophia/Sofia I think it’s a good balance.

Charlotte; hands down. I also like the spelling Sophia best.

If I were to choose, I'd definitely pick Sofia Charlotte; it's a beautiful name. Though, Sophia is also a very goregous spelling, which is more popular.
