Xenon: xenophobic, xenon gas. Cool for a cat
Xander: Buffy, my husband's nickname, and the nn/full name of too many kids
Xavier: X-Men, unusual nickname, parents trying to be cool - likely other son is Quinton.
All three check the trendy box and I can see my daughter having classmates. If I had to choose I'd probably go for Xavier. Cool history.

Unusual initial, sorry.
Xander is fine as a nn. I used to tolerate Xavier pretty well, until I heard people pronouncing it eksavier. Xenon belongs on the periodic table.
I thought that’s how everyone pronounced it.
So glad I could put you right. Although I'm probably becoming wrong!
I love all of these!
Xenon is a personal favorite of mine. I think it's extremely underrated. It just sounds so COOL! Noble gases are some of the coolest periodic table elements, and science in general is fascinating and a great source of names.
Xavier is one of my favorite boy names. It has the popularity it deserves.
Xander is a shorter, modern twist on the classic Alexander, and I simply love names that start with X.
