I expect a boy, and I don't know if he will be teased, but I would be tempted to make fun of people who'd name their son Pip (especially if Pip is his actual full name) in real life. It's like Jonty or Lilibet. Eyeroll and barf emojis. I also don't like Pippa.

Flip is a better Philip / Philippa nickname imo. Seems less stuckup and more natural, at least.
